Mattanawcook Jr. High School

**MJHS bands will be performing mini outdoor concerts on WEDNESDAY, June 9th, due to the expected high temperature on Monday, June 7th. **

Each student will be given a t-shirt to wear for the concert. Please have them wear black on the bottom. School appropriate pants, shorts, capris or skirts are fine. You don’t need to buy something new. If your child doesn’t have something black, something dark is fine.  This is intended to be a casual opportunity to share our music with you.

 We have had very limited time together as a band this year, but we would like to share with you what we have been working on.  Each band will perform a few short songs and then their families will leave so we can welcome the next group of band families.

                                                                              Beginning Band (5^th) 5:30 pm

                                                                                      White Band (6^th) 6:00pm

                                                                                       Blue Band (7/8) 6:30 pm

 Outdoor seating will be available on the tennis court.  There will be 4 chairs per family. If you need more than four chairs, please let Miss Kinkade know as soon as possible, so we may accommodate your family. 

 We look forward to performing for the first time in almost a year and a half!
