Special Education Teachers – The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Department of Education Special Education Teacher endorsement (282) or (286).

Special Education Teacher (Functional Life Skills) MJHS & MA - The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Department of Education Special Education Teacher endorsement (282E/S) or (286).

Special Education Technicians I and II – The successful candidates must hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Department of Education Technician I and/or II endorsement.

School Nutrition Program Director – The successful candidate must have credentials that align with the Hiring Standards for School Nutrition Program Directors and hold a current CHRC through the Maine Department of Education.

Elementary Teacher – 4-Year-Old Program - The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Department of Education Early Elementary Teacher endorsement (029).

Grade 6 Math & Science Teacher - The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Department of Education Middle Level Teacher Grade 5-Grade 8 (300) Mathematics endorsement/(340) Science endorsement, or a General Education (020) K-8 endorsement.

Anticipated Assistant Principal at Ella P. Burr – The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Department of Education Assistant Building Administrator Certification (045).

ELA Teacher at Mattanawcook Academy - The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Department of Education ELA Teacher endorsement (100S).   

Speech Pathologist (District-wide) - The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Speech Pathologist License and a CHRC through the Maine Department of Education.

Van Drivers – The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Department of Education CHRC (Criminal History Record Check) and hold a valid Maine driver’s license.

Bus Drivers – The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a State of Maine Department of Education CHRC (Criminal History Record Check) and hold or be eligible for a State of Maine bus license.

Substitutes - Teachers, Education Technicians, Kitchen, Custodial, Van Drivers, and Bus Drivers. Successful candidates must hold or be eligible for a CHRC (Criminal History Record Check) certificate through the Maine Department of Education.
