On Thursday, October 2nd, at 12:47 p.m., RSU No. 67 School Personnel were made aware of an incident involving two juveniles and a pocket knife during lunch. The school administration quickly responded, interviewed both juveniles, confiscated the knife, and notified their respective parents. As a result of the initial investigation, the suspected student who brought the pocket knife has been placed on immediate suspension pending further review. The Lincoln Police Department responded and will continue to investigate the incident. Both the Lincoln Police and the RSU No. 67 administration report that this was an isolated incident and there are no threats to other students or the public at this time.
