Dear RSU 67 Families,
The purpose of this communication is to inform you of some important transportation changes that are necessary for Monday, October 3 through Thursday, October 6. Due to driver illnesses, we had to consolidate some bus routes in order to ensure that all children have transportation. We anticipate this change will only last this week. We will update you when we have more information. If you can transport your own child to school this week, it would be very helpful. However, we will do all we can to ensure that every child has transportation. We understand that changes are not easy and may be disruptive. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we make these adjustments.
Bus #2 - All students will be picked up approximately 1 hour later in the morning and dropped off approximately 1 hour later in the afternoon.
Bus #4 - All students will be picked up approximately 1 hour later in the morning and dropped off approximately 1 hour later in the afternoon.
Bus #8- Students who live on Boyd Street, Depot Street, Main Street, and Winn Road will be picked up approximately 30 minutes earlier in the morning, and students who live on Back Settlement Road and Webb Hill will be picked up approximately 15 minutes earlier. Afternoon drop-off should remain the same.
Bus #13 - Students from Burlington into Lincoln will be picked up approximately 30 minutes earlier. Afternoon drop-off should remain the same.
Again, we sincerely appreciate your patience and anticipate a return to more normal operations on Tuesday. October 11.
