Many parents ask us to let them know if there are special school supplies that they should buy.  Your teachers have provided these lists of optional school supplies.

Some Tips - We prefer three ring binders to zippered notebooks.  Also, several inexpensive pocket folders and single subject spiral notebooks are good supplies to have.   Students do not carry their backpacks during the day.

Also, remember that each student will receive a Planner (assignment book) from the school, so you do not need an assignment book.

Grade Four Suggested Supplies

·         earbuds or headphones

·         2 one subject notebooks

·         1 three subject wide-ruled notebook

·         Fine point washable colored markers (10-12 pack)

·         Zippered pencil pouch (NO BOXES)

·         pencils

·         glue sticks

·         black dry erase markers (any size, at least 4)

·         3 two pocket folders for exploratory classes

 

Grade Five Suggested Supplies

·         1 or 1 ½  inch, 3 ring binder

·         pencils (100 should last for the school year)

·         pencil cap erasers

·         small pencil pouch

·         1 composition book for Science

·         1 two pocket folder for Spanish

·         2 one subject composition or spiral  notebooks

·         dry erase markers (optional)

 

Grade Six Suggested Supplies

·         earbuds or headphones that can be kept at school all year

·         4 folders for Exploratorie (2-pocket folders are adequate)

·         Pencils (please send a few at a time throughout the year)

·         cap or block erasers (please send a few at a time)

·         1 zippered pencil pouch (to keep pencils/erasers/earbuds in)

·         1 package of plastic sleeves

 

Grade Seven Suggested Supplies

·         1 zippered binder or 3” three ring binder

·         8 pocket folders

·         3 highlighters (pink, yellow and /blue)

·         2 single subject spiral notebook (70 page wide rule)

·         1 package of plastic sleeves

·         1 package of eraser caps

·         2 packages of pencils

 

Grade Eight Suggested Supplies

·          pencils and eraser tops

·          pocket folders

·         1 – zipper binder

·         1 pkg. highlighters of different colors

 

Other classes may also have some additional suggested supplies.
