On May 14th, 2026, twenty-four MJHS Mathletes joined about 500 other students at the UMaine field house to compete in the Eastern Maine Math League's final meet. Our team competes in Division 2 against teams like Ridgeview and Holbrook.
Award winner for the season are:
Grade 6
Top 10 Vivian Morse and Jameson Perry
Linus Mueller WON Division 2!
The team of Vivian, Jameson, Linus, and Teagon Lazo placed second for the season.
Grade 7
Kyler Nillson placed in the top 10 and the team of Kyler, Gus Mueller, Garrett Markie, and Daxton Averill came in 3rd.
Overall our team placed 2nd in Division 2! Congratulations to ALL math team participants! As always, you represented our school with outstanding effort and behavior!
