We are now able to accommodate requests for a first dose at the June 11th clinic. If you have a first dose on June 11th, you will need to schedule a second dose with PCHC by calling 207-355-5066. You will also need to complete a form. 

Students who received their first dose of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine are scheduled to receive their second dose this Friday morning, June 11th, but a new form must be completed by the parent. Please contact Jess McKechnie at 794-8935 or Jeri Davis at 794-6711 with questions.
