Sixteen of our French students visited the Mill Park Pétanque Club in Augusta to learn the traditional French game of pétanque!
After a quick tutorial, students jumped into games where club instructors guided them on technique and game strategy. The instructors were thoroughly impressed by how quickly our students picked up the rules and techniques, and they're already looking forward to hosting us again this spring! 
A big thank you to the wonderful volunteers at the Mill Park Pétanque Club and to Mrs. Rideout for helping Mrs. Turner organize such a fun, hands-on learning experience for our students.
