October is Bullying Prevention Month. "The purpose of this campaign is to increase collaboration among all stakeholders with the shared goal of ending bullying, in all of its forms. This is done by increasing awareness of what bullying is, its prevalence in our schools and communities and the impacts that it can have on those effected" (NSBA Connect Center for Safe Schools, n.d.). District Wellness Fair is Monday, May 6th from 5-7 in the MA gym and cafeteria. Everyone is welcome to attend. It is an event for all ages including some outdoor fun.

Snow Day Make Up! All students will need to attend school on Saturday, May 11, 2019 and Saturday June 1, 2019. All students will be dismissed at 11:30 am on both make up days.

Congratulations to Patrice Turner who received the 2019 Martin Gallant Distinguished Counseling Professional Award last night at the Maine Counseling Association Annual Conference. This is recognition well-deserved.
