Due to a slight scheduling conflict at JATO we have adjusted our golf practice times for preseason. The golf team will be leaving MA on the bus at 8:15 instead of 8:45 and returning at the same time as usual. The schedule has been updated on the website.

Fall Sports Season is just 3 days away! Your coaches are excited to start the season! The number one thing you can do right now is to make sure that you are filling out your paperwork on FamilyID including your most up to date physical. A lot of people are still missing those!

Congratulations to the MA baseball team as they defeated Dexter at home by a narrow 1-0 margin. Led by the strong pitching of Junior Jackson Sutherland the Lynx will advance to play Orono on Saturday, June 12th. The game will begin at 1:00.
Congratulations to MA softball coach Dean Libbey as he was recognized as the PVC Class C North coach of the yearĀ this past week. Great job Dean! MA softball players Jennie Whitten earned 1st team honors while Ava Sutherland was recognized as a second team member.Ā
MA baseball player Jackson Sutherland was selected as a 1st team member and Isaac Hainer was voted in as a second team honoree. Wish both teams luck today as the softball team travels to Bucksport for a Quarterfinal game against rival Bucksport, and the baseball teams host Dexter at home this afternoon. Both games will begin at 2:00( Thursday, June 10th)
The MA girls tennis team lost a close match to Orono by a slim 3-2 margin. The Northern Maine class C regional final held at Schenck was undecided until the final match. The runner-up Lynx battled the impressive Orono squad until the very end. Congratulations to the entire team as they represented their school with tremendous class throughout the contest. Seniors Lexi Thompson, Hillary Bubar, Esther Susen, Abbie Libbey , Caitlyn Beyenberg and Maddie Noble capped off an amazing career with another great effort. We will miss you all.
Congratulations to the MA baseball and softball team for advancing to the Quarterfinals. Backed by the strong pitching of Sophomore Jennie Whitten the Lady Lynx softball team defeated GSA by a 3-0 margin. The softball team will travel to Bucksport on Thursday and play at 2:00.
The baseball team knocked off Narraguagus 12-6 to advance to the next round on Thursday. They will host Dexter at 2:00.
Congratulations to MA Tennis coach Lucas Turner for being honored as the PVC Class C Girls Tennis coach of the year. Several membersĀ of this year's team were recognized as well. Earning honors were the following athletes: First Team Singles- Lexi Thompson, 1st team Doubles- Caitlyn Beyenberg and Abbie Libbey, Esther Susen and Joy Leighton. Recognized as honorable mention were Josh Farrington and Hillary Bubar. Great Job MA Tennis!
MA sports UPDATE...
The MA girls tennis team will play in the Northern Maine Final tonight at Schenck High-school. They will play Orono, the match will begin at 6:00 . The bus will leave MA at 4:45.
The MA baseball and softball teams will host prelim games today , the baseball team will play Narraguagus at 4:30 and the softball team will host GSA at 5:00 . Good luck to all teams!
UPDATE...... Tennis will move practice back today to avoid the middle of the afternoon heat, they will be able to practice but will start later in the day. At time will be determined shortly, the plan is to begin after 6:00. Baseball and softball will not practice today, Monday June 7th!!!!

Congratulations to the MA girls and boys tennis teams as they advance to the Quarter- Finals. The boys went on the road and upset Calais 3-2, the girls held serve and defeated GSA at home by a 5-0 margin. Great job MA tennis players!
