An order form will be going home with the student's today for the families that are unable to pay online. Please understand that if you send money in with your student, it is their responsibility to bring it to the office and they will be given a receipt upon payment. A parent/adult may also bring in the order form/cash between the hours of 7:30 - 3:30!

10/24/25 Reminder for Families: There is no school on Friday, 10/24/25, as it is a teacher workshop day. Don't forget about spirit week 10/27/25 - 10/31/25.
MJHS final football game will be Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 6:00 instead of Wednesday because of potential rain coming in on Wednesday.
Information about soccer playoffs:
Boys will play at home on Saturday 18th at 11:00 am against Central.
Because of the Saturday game, the boys will now practice on Friday from 2:30-4:00.
Girls get a bye to the semifinals and will travel to Foxcroft to play Sedomocha on Tuesday at 3:30.

The address for this week's Bobcats football game is Medomak Valley High School, 320 Manktown Rd. Waldoboro.
There will be no MJHS cheering or football practice today, Wednesday 10/8.

7th Grade Kieve Parent Information Meeting
The Kieve field trip is coming up at the beginning of October, and we want to answer any questions you may still have. You're invited to join us for an optional meeting on Monday, September 22, at 5:30pm in the MJHS library. We will also show a video from the Kieve website, found here: https://www.kwe.org/the-leadership-school/. You may also call us at 794-8935, email, or Dojo message your 7th grade student's teacher.
Beginning Band Night for Grade 5
A reminder that Monday night is Beginning Band Night for Grade 5 at 6 pm in the MJHS gym.
If your child is interested in learning a band instrument (flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone or drums) please come to the meeting.
If you are hoping to borrow a school instrument, please message me so I can see if I have an instrument for your child. You will also need a book.
If you already have an instrument, you will need to purchase a book. You may want a music stand as well. They will be available that night.
If you can not make the meeting, please let me know so I can assist you in getting what your child needs.

Please refer to the updated practice schedule. A few changes have been made for this week. First, there will be no golf or girls soccer practice today because both coaches are out today. Second, on Wednesday, the boys and girls soccer teams are changing practice times because of a scheduling conflict for the boys coach, so girls soccer will be 2:45-4:15, and boys will be 4:00-5:30. Finally, barring any teams wanting to schedule a game last minute, there will be no football game this week. Belfast doesn't have enough kids, and I have had no luck finding another opponent.
There will be no MJHS Cross Country practice on Tuesday because of coach's conflicts. Sorry for the late notice. Pictures will be rescheduled. Coach Cox is going to talk to Melanie tonight about a new date.
We have a new field hockey club at MJHS which will be practicing 2-3 days per week at MA. I have added the club to our weekly practice schedule which can be found on the MJHS page of the RSU67 website.
