Mattanawcook Academy

Senior game announcements: On Tuesday, 2-22 the MA boys and girls will host the BC basketball teams. The girls game will begin at 5:00 followed by the boys at 6:30. Prior to the start of each game we will honor our senior athletes, The presentations will begin approximately 15 minutes before the start of each game. The girls seniors and their parents will be recognized at 4:45, once recognized they will be able to stay and watch the game. Once the game has concluded the lady lynx players and parents will leave as we prepare for the introductions of the senior boys and their parents. That should begin around 6:15. Upon completion of the introductions the parents will be invited to watch the game as well.

As there are registrations for both MA and MJHS on this page. You can begin to register on Monday, February 22. The MA girls basketball games vs Old Town scheduled for Friday, 2-19-21, have been cancelled. The games will not be made up.

Due to the impending storm, all RSU 67 athletic practices are cancelled for Tuesday, 2-15-21

It will cost $10.99 per month to watch the games. You will be able to access and view all the home JV and Varsity games. Many of the schools on our schedule are utilizing NFHS so you can watch those games as well. It is important to note that when basketball concludes, you will need to cancel your subscription so that you will not continue to be billed. As you know there will be no fans allowed this winter, we will do our best to make this experience worthwhile for all families. We are excited to announce that we will be live streaming games on NFHS network. The games will require you to set up an account and pay a monthly fee. Many other area teams are using the same platform so you will be able to watch away games as well. When we play teams without this service I will include their live streaming links for you. Our system has been installed but we will be cutting it close for the first home games scheduled for this Saturday. I will know more about that as we edge closer to the end of the week. If we are not set up by Saturday, I will send you the Facebook Live Link for this weekend.
