Attention Wrestling Fans! Here is some information about tomorrow's Pine Tree East Regional: Location: Camden Hills Regional High School 25 Keelson Drive Rockport, Maine Schedule: 7:00 doors open (see below on entrance info) 8:00 Weigh-ins on two sets of scales in wrestling room 9:00 Wrestling begins on 3 full mats after coaches meeting 12:00 Wrestling breaks down to 2 full mats 3:00 Finals - Championships and Consolations - At same time on two mats 4:00 Awards Ceremony Arrival: The High School is hosting some other events this Saturday, including a drama festival in the auditorium. We need to keep our wrestlers and spectators in the gym and cafeteria. Important: Entry for all teams and spectators will be through “door #11” in the back of the school across from the windmill near the wrestling room. There will have signs to help people locate this. Buses on arrival should turn right and go around to the back of the school and drop off teams at this door. Spectators can do the same, but drivers will then need to park and walk back to this entrance. Thank you for your understanding and patience with this system. We need to make it work and be flexible. Entry Fee: $2 students, $5 Adults, $12 Family cap. Proceeds go to offset site expenses (custodians, staff, etc.) Food: Teams can bring food in coolers but must leave them in the cafeteria. No food or drink apart from water in the gym. This will be strictly enforced with staff at each door monitoring food. Please respect them for doing their job. Concessions will be available in the cafeteria. Athletic Trainer: There will be a licensed athletic trainer on site. T-shirts: 160 t-shirts available at a cost of $25 per shirt

It's that time of year when MJHS has an opportunity to be a part of the Hannaford Helps program. In the past, we have received several generous gifts because of the participation of our school families. Please look the flyer over for ways you can support this program. There are a couple of ways to submit your receipt. If you want to, you can send in the receipt and we will submit on your behalf or Hannaford has a container for you to drop your receipt in, or you can scan the receipt for yourself. The start of spring sports are just around the corner, and we are getting excited! Please make sure to register your students for baseball, softball, or track on Family ID. Thursday, March 13th is an early release day for all schools in RSU No. 67. Friday March 14th: EPB students and MJHS students will have no school on Friday, March 14th, as it is a teacher workshop day. All MA students will have school on Friday, March 14th and will be released at 11:30 am.

Wednesday, 2/12/25, is winter fest and we would appreciate your help making sure your student(s) comes to school with the appropriate attire for their activity, which may be outside for up to 1.5 hours depending on what they chose. They were told their activities already. Thanks for supporting this fun day!

CONGRATULATIONS to the MJHS cheering squad for becoming Penquis League Championships at the competition held at Ridge View yesterday. In the face of adversity, battling last minute illnesses and injuries, the team delivered a near-flawless performance to capture the championship. GO BOBCATS!

REMINDER-School athletic practices are NOT spectator events. Please wait for your child in your vehicle until the scheduled end of their practice time. The lobby is small, our student athletes need their full attention on their coaches, and the custodians are trying to get started on cleaning the lobby and lobby bathrooms. Thank you for your support and cooperation!

Good luck to the MJHS Cheerleaders today at the Penquis League Cheering Championship today at RidgeView. The team has worked hard all season long, and their perfomances have been stellar! Competition starts at 5:25, doors open to the public at 4:00. Admission is $4 adults, $2 students, $10 family, and senior citizens free. GO BOBCATS!

The Bobcats A basketball teams will take on Sedomocha tomorrow for the Penquis League Championship at Mattanawcook Academy. The girls will play at 10, followed by the boys at 12. Following the game the players, cheerleaders, managers and coaches are invited to pizza party in the cafeteria, sponsored by Alpha Construction. GO BOBCATS!

Good luck to the MJHS girl's and boy's basketball teams in their semi-final matchups with Central. Both games are at Mattanawcook Junior High. The girls play at 3:30pm followed by the boys at 4:45pm. GO BOBCATS!
